These are the same menus of Laura’s Recipe Challenge, if you want to lose weight with these menus, it is important that you respect the amounts suggested according to your weight and sex.

Can people with cholesterol and diabetes follow it?

That’s what these menus are for! They are suitable for people with high cholesterol and / or diabetes. These menus will allow you to see a change in your health from the first week. If you have one of these diseases, we recommend that you show the menus to your doctor and respect the suggested portions.

Can I lose weight by following these menus?
The menus are designed with fair portions to fit your weight loss. If you want to lose weight all you have to do is follow the suggested portions according to the following:
Women + 100: Choose this option if you weigh more than 100 kilos or more than 220 pounds.
Women: Choose this option if you weigh less than 100 kilos or 220 pounds.
Men +100: Choose this option if you weigh more than 100 kilos or more than 220 pounds.
Men: Choose this option if you weigh less than 100 kilos or 220 pounds.

Sample one-day menu

Chilaquiles in green sauce with fresh cheese without frying.
1 Cup of skim milk
1 fruit
1 cup salad
1 tsp cream or mayonnaise

Mustard chicken
120- 150 gr of chicken with mustard
2 cups salad or 1 cup salad and 1 cup vegetable cream
1 fruit

2 tuna toasts with mayonnaise, poblano pepper and corn kernels.
1 cup of salad
1 cup skim milk
1 fruit

EYE PEOPLE WITH DIABETES If you are loyal to these menus and respect them, your body will start to heal and if you take metformin or another medication, most likely after the second week of following the menus you will need a medication adjustment. From experience, the people who follow our menus leave the medicine in the second week. Please make any decision you make under the supervision of a physician.
